Refund Policy

At The Paratha & Ready Bites, we ensure all our snacks and food products are packed fresh and delivered safely. As we sell food items, refunds and returns follow strict hygiene standards.

1. Non-Returnable Products

All food products (snacks, peanuts, sweets, namkeen, upwas items, papad, etc.) are non-returnable once delivered, as they cannot be resold for safety reasons.

2. Refund / Replacement Eligibility

You can request a refund or replacement only if:

  1. Product is damaged, leaking, or tampered
  2. Wrong product delivered
  3. Missing items
  4. Expired product received

You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

3. Not Eligible for Refund

Refund is not provided when:

  1. Product is opened or consumed
  2. Taste preference is not liked
  3. Wrong address or phone number provided by customer
  4. Delivery delay from courier/logistics
  5. Customer changes mind after ordering

4. Refund Method

Once approved, your refund will be processed through:

  1. Bank transfer
  2. UPI
  3. Or wallet (depending on order platform)

Processing time: 3–7 working days.

5. Replacement Policy

If approved, the same product will be sent again.

If the product is out of stock, refund will be issued instead.
